CONCERT DAY JUNE 13- Giving the gift of MUSIC!

Congrat's to Jordan and Nathan Merisanu who will play with the Advanced  Class!

ALL will receive a detailed  info email tomorrow. Please read carefully.

EXTRA PARKING TIME NEEDED
 N. B. Hurontario Street will be  blocked off for the event.
Wear MATT t -shirts, dress in black skirt/pants no jeans or sneakers (bring sun block). 
Bring O Canada Music and clothes pins

PLAY a THON:

We have received pledge funds from 11 parents and five Board members so far- to reach $2500. Thank you all !!! Our goal is $5000- We have 21 more Parents to go!
Prize for most pledge funds brought in will be awarded at Year end Party!

 Parents -Please make an effort to contribute -do your part  to help MATT! 
Goal: $100 per student- HOW to get pledges:

Tell family, friends, parents of friends, church/mosque friends, teachers what MATT is, what you play, and ask them to sponsor you. MOST WILL! Tax receipts available for $20 or more- please get addresses of these people.

HANDING in FUNDS: Place your funds in an envelope with your name on it
hand in to Yogita Tuesday or at YEAR END Pool Party .

REHEARSAL/CONCERT PROCEDURE  TUESDAY JUNE 13

4pm: set up chairs Nijo, Siby, Brennan ,Bradley, Rachael, Trevon Daley Tech: Shawn 

 4pm till 4:15 ADVANCED and INTERMEDIATEStune in HARMONY HALL, then take your place for O Canada in Heritage Hall

4:15 TO 4:25 BEGINNERS: tune 4:15 TO 4:25 in HARMONY HALL, then take your place on steps for O Canada in Heritage Hall


4:30 to 5:30 pm Rehearsal 
5:30 to 5:50 short break
5:50 take performance places in Heritage hall  
6pm Concert 

2.TUNING Samantha Ragbirsingh, Aleksandra and Yogita will greet students from 4pm to direct them as last week. Int/Adv- tune 4pm Beginners tune 4:15

3.WEAR  Purple t shirts and dress up pants or skirt- any color. No jeans or sneakers please. 

4. BRING your instrument, your own concert music, IN CORRECT ORDER, your music stand with name on it,

PARENTS are requested to bring refreshments: fruit/drink/treat to offer after the concert.
